- Slice and pan fry the vegan Kielbasa (used Tofurkey brand) with a little oil (spray the pan). Or you can grill it. It cooks quickly.
- Two onions and one large head of green cabbage sauteed in vegan, palm-free margarine with an abundance of salt and cracked pepper.
Cook the onion for a little while before adding cabbage.
- Add to one pound of cooked whole wheat fusilli.
- Combine it All.
